What is your fee?
My Fees are determined during the free 15 minute consultation.  All payments are due at the time of service.

Do you accept insurance?
I currently accept Aetna, Carelon, Managed Health Network (MHN) and Optum insurance.  For out of network insurance, I can provide a superbill for insurance reimbursement.

How long are sessions?
Sessions are 45 minutes long.

What is your cancellation policy?
I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations and no shows will be charged the full fee.

Do you recommend weekly therapy or can I go at my own pace?
My approach to therapy requires that you attend therapy once a week if not more. This is especially important during the beginning when we are establishing a relationship and getting therapy underway. Your consistency and commitment to therapy is key.

How will I know when I’m getting better?
Progress is different for everyone. What is determined as progress for one person can be different for another. Ultimately, progress can be determined when goals have been met, when clients feel better and can manage their problems, or the need to see their therapist becomes less frequent.
